ARRIVAL: check-in from 9h00
 

PARKING: free and easy to access parking, can accommodate up to 20 cars.

VISITORS: Tenants are allowed to invite visitors for the day or to sleep, with an additional fee to be paid. Tenants must inform owners of the arrival of visitors.

PARTIES AND EVENTS: Parties are allowed in the respect of the neighborhood, any incident remains the responsibility of the tenants.

 

WASTE AND SELECTIVE SORTING: make sure to respect the selective sorting with the bins made available to you

SECURITY: Make sure to turn off the lights and close the gate and bay window each time you leave the site.

WATER: the water available is potable everywhere except that of the tap closest to the sink in the kitchen.

BALCONY, TERRACE, DECK, STAIRS: it is strictly forbidden to sit on the railings. Children must be supervised.

 

EQUIPMENT: make sure to store the water equipment in their respective place after use.

GARDEN: do not damage vegetation, make sure to turn off the sprinkler pipes after use

TOBACCO: Tenants are allowed to smoke, make sure to throw your butts in the garbage.

PETS: Pets are allowed, under the responsibility of the tenants and are not allowed to go upstairs.

BARBECUE: make sure to make your barbecue in a safe place and to turn it off after use.

BREAKAGE AND DAMAGE: Any broken object or damage caused must be reported to the owner as soon as possible.

CHECK-OUT: check-out at 3 pm at the latest, supplement of 5000xpf to be paid if check-out is made later.
    When you go away:

• Close the bungalow

• Turn off all lights

• Close valves and hoses

• Clean and tidy dishes

• Fridge anc cupboards emptied

• Sheets and pillows gathered in the bungalow upstairs

• Remove the key to the given place beforehand

 

COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES : a breach of any rule constitutes a breach of the general conditions of occupancy of the dwelling. The owners reserve the right to evict any tenant or visitor who refuses to comply with these rules.
